Book the service before the customer calls the next workshop.
ChatFairy answers WhatsApp enquiries about servicing and repairs with your own quote ranges, collects the car model and the problem, and books a slot in your workshop calendar, while your advisors keep their hands on the cars.

The problem
Enquiries come in when nobody can pick up
Drivers message about a warning light at night, a servicing package on Sunday, or a quote while you are under a car. If the reply takes hours, they book with whichever workshop answered first.
- The same questions over and over: how much is a servicing, how long does it take, can I come tomorrow.
- Advisors stop work to type quotes, or the phone goes unanswered during busy hours.
- Enquiries that arrive after closing are cold by the time the shutters go up.
How it works
Live in three steps.
- 1
Load your services and price ranges
Add your servicing packages, common repairs, the price ranges you quote, how long each job takes and what you need to know about the car.
- 2
Connect your WhatsApp number
Link your WhatsApp Business number (or a Telegram bot) with the guided setup. Every enquiry lands in one shared inbox.
- 3
Let it quote and book
The assistant answers, asks for the car model, year and mileage, gives your quote range and offers bay slots from your workshop calendar.
What it does
Built for the first conversation with a new customer
Most of what a new enquirer asks can be answered from information you already have: price, availability, schedule and how to book. That is where an AI assistant is most reliable, so ChatFairy is set up to capture and qualify new enquiries, and to step aside when it gets complicated.
Quote ranges you set
Gives the price ranges and package prices you loaded, with your own wording on what can change the final bill. It never invents a price.
Collects the car details first
Asks for make, model, year, mileage and a description of the problem, so your advisor knows what is coming in before the car arrives.
Books bay slots without double-booking
Offers only the times your Google Calendar shows as free, and writes confirmed bookings straight back, so two jobs never land in one slot.
Answers the logistics questions
Opening hours, location, how long a job takes, whether to wait or drop off, payment methods: all answered from your own information.
Takes deposits in the chat
If you take a deposit for parts or a booking, the assistant can send a Stripe payment link in the conversation.
Keeps the service history in one place
Every conversation, with the car details the customer gave, stays in your shared inbox, ready for your advisor when they follow up about the next service.
The maths
An AI sales assistant that never sleeps, for less than a day of part-time staff.
In Singapore or Hong Kong, a single day of a part-time service advisor on the phones typically costs more than a whole month of ChatFairy Pro. The assistant does not replace the people who close the deal; it makes sure every new enquiry gets an answer while they are busy.
HK$188 a month
About HK$6 a day. Or HK$1,888 a year, which saves HK$368.
Every hour, every day
Nights, weekends and public holidays included. No shifts, no sick days, no handover notes.
50 AI conversations a day
Included in Pro, with up to 5 team members sharing the inbox.
The assistant handles
- First replies to new enquiries, at any hour
- Prices, availability, schedules and policies you loaded
- Qualifying questions, asked the same way every time
- Booking into the free slots on your calendar
You handle
Diagnosis, warranty and insurance claims, complaints and anything that needs a mechanic's eye stay with your team. When a customer asks for a person, or the assistant cannot answer from your information, the conversation is flagged in your inbox and you are notified.
FAQ
Questions from car workshops
- Will it give customers exact repair prices?
- It gives the prices and ranges you load, and says what you tell it to say about the final price depending on inspection. If a job is not in your list, it tells the customer a team member will confirm, and flags the conversation for you.
- Can it book customers into specific bays or mechanics?
- Yes, if you set them up as separate calendars. Each service can point at a Google Calendar (for example Bay 1 or Wheel alignment), and the assistant only offers times that calendar shows as free.
- Does it send servicing reminders automatically?
- Not today. ChatFairy answers customers who message you, and it keeps the car details and history in your inbox so your team can follow up. WhatsApp only allows a business to start a conversation outside the 24-hour reply window with pre-approved message templates, and automated reminder broadcasts are not part of ChatFairy yet.
- Can it handle Telegram as well as WhatsApp?
- Yes. You can connect a WhatsApp Business number, a Telegram bot, or both. Conversations from both arrive in the same inbox and use the same knowledge base.
- What does it cost?
- ChatFairy Pro is HK$188 a month or HK$1,888 a year, including 50 AI conversations a day and up to 5 team members. It starts with a 7-day free trial: the trial needs a card, but you are not charged until it ends and you can cancel before then.
